Handles, brass plinths and splashbacks, tiles, as well as paint and taps sold on our e-shop can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Here are the return conditions:
• The items must not have been used or installed (e.g. strapping intact for painting, floating shelves not fixed to the wall and fixing system re-added in the packaging)
• They must be in perfect condition (e.g. no scratches)
• They must be in their original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refund will be made once your parcel has been received and checked at our warehouse.

Fronts

As our fronts and cover panels are made especially for your kitchen, we do not accept returns. We offer samples, available here, to confirm your choice of colour(s) and finish(s) and we are available before your order to help you verify your items list thanks to our different services.

Don't hesitate to give a second life to your unused fronts by creating shelves (you'll find inspiration here) or to give them away or resell them!
